1) SurfClean 10


Description:

The SAS solution SurfClean 10  & 14 have several applications in Wet Clean Processes. They are:

The SAS SurfClean 10 is an organic clean solution for removing grease, pen marks, oils and fingerprints from the surface of metals, ceramic, plastics, etc. This non-flammable organic solvent is a good alternative for replacement of acetone as well as IPA. 

The biggest advantage of SAS SurfClean 10 over acetone and IPA is its high molecular weight, which does not allow contamination to penetrate from surface to bulk (such as IPA or acetone after a clean process). This characteristic of SAS SurfClean is very important especially in cleaning surfaces with High Porosities (i.e. Ceramic Surfaces).

The SAS SurfClean is a non-reactive solvent with good water solubility, which let the parts to be rinsed with Di-water quite easily.

2) SurfClean 14


Description:

The SAS SurfClean 14 is a new advanced solution, which is used for removing Plasma Etched Photoresist. It is capable of cleaning all the pre existing hard PR in a temperature less than 60 degree C.
